Proper fit on your bicycle is crucial to the get the most out of every ride. You'll be faster, more comfortable and have more fun on any bike after a comprehensive bike fitting.

We offer two levels of fits to suit your needs:

Basic Fit

Investment: $175


We use Trek’s Precision Fit slow-motion camera and software to evaluate and address the fundamentals of your bike fit. It combines power transfer, weight distribution, and sizing to give you a proper balance of speed and comfort on your bike.
Adjustments and measurements for the Basic fit include:

  • Basic foot stability and support assessment
  • Cleats adjusted to the proper angle and position
  • Proper leg extension and knee tracking
  • Saddle position including angle, height, and fore/aft
  • Hip and lower back angle
  • Neck and shoulder posture
  • Reach to the handlebars and weight distribution
  • Proper contact with brakes and controls

Advanced Fit

Investment: $225


This is the right choice for anyone who wants the most comfort, performance, and protection against injury: from the rider wanting to go farther more efficiently to the aggressive rider needing to push their position for speed and aerodynamics. Our Motion Capture uses slow-motion cameras and digital software to really dial in your fit 100%. 

Our Advanced fit covers all the aspects of the Basic Fit along with more in-depth flexibility and strength assessment. Saddle Pressure Analysis gives us the ability to better optimize weight distribution, comfort, and control. Adjustments and measurements for the Comprehensive fit include all the following aspects:

  • Comprehensive foot stability and support assessment
  • Cleats adjusted to the proper angle and position
  • Proper leg extension and knee tracking
  • Saddle position including angle and height
  • Hip and lower back angle
  • Neck and shoulder posture
  • Reach to the handlebars and weight distribution
  • Proper contact with brakes and controls
  • Body flexibility and strength assessment
  • Detailed saddle pressure mapping
 

*Tri bikes or bikes with aero bars incur a $20 additional fee due to extra time, complexity and evaluation.
